Okay, the search for my next Real Estate firm is winding down. I have been very impressed with one broker from a small firm. I really think he is on the cusp of some growth spurts. He has a lot of the same ideas about customer service that I do. There are some details to work out, but I am leaning towards..........

Transition......ing

I am not one who handles change well. Let me specify, I don't handle well changes that I am not initiating. I am all for turning over applecarts, even my own, but a little warning is always good.

I came into real estate a few years back, but became an agent just a little over a year ago. I interviewed with a lot of local and franchise firms in Lynchburg, VA, but was a bit unsettled over offerings. Anyway, I signed on with a new franchise coming to Lynchburg called EXIT Realty. Good company, fresh ideas, creative thinking, etc. etc. all the stuff to get excited about.

After a tad over a year in business, long story short, doors closing. So now here I am a REALTOR(r) with no agency to hang my license with. This will be interesting.
