Transition.....ed (for the time being)

I have totally made the move! I am now full on with C.H. Gammon Real Estate. (www.chgammonrealtors.com) Notice the larger short haired gentleman in the middle? Your truly. Those who know me notice quickly that this is an older photo. Not to worry, I have a friend who is going to help me out with new photos once I get a chance to trim up the melon.
She does great work especially in B&W. So between her and Wifey, I should look pretty good.

It should be a good sign that it has been about a month since my last post. I have been working quite a bit with Real Estate. I compared transitions like this to having the apple cart turned over. Well I have tried to take this time to evaluate the apples in my cart, the cart itself, and how I doing business with proverbeal apples. I know I have come out better on the other side.

I have one family that has recently moved here from Northern VA and are setting up a tienda in the mid town area here in Lynchburg. We are searching pretty feverishly to find a home that will work for them. Their dream is to have a pool to entertain family and friends.

I am also helping a couple find a new home closer to town, which means selling their current home first. The house I'm sellinf for them is sitting on a beautiful plot of over 11 acres! Walking the property has been nice with the weather change.
